Kenya Karumandi AA

SL28 & SL34, Washed

In the cup: Red berries, Bergamot, Peach, Caramel

Grown by about 1,600 smallholder farmers on the cool, volcanic slopes of Kirinyaga and processed at the Karumandi Factory. After pulping and density-sorting, the cherries go through a slow, shade-covered fermentation and a careful double soak, then dry on raised beds for up to three weeks.
