Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or someone you designate) receive your order.

You may also cancel at any time before you receive your order, including while it is still with our roaster or in transit.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Exception: opened bags

Our coffee is delivered in sealed bags. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or resold for reasons of health protection and hygiene. This is a legal exception to the right of withdrawal.

Unopened, sealed bags: can be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Opened bags: cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

By placing an order you confirm that you were informed of this exception before purchase.

How to withdraw

Use the cancellation button on our website, the EU model withdrawal form, or send any clear statement of your decision to Joyofgoodcoffee@gmail.com. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Return shipping costs

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, return shipping is on us. Contact us and we'll arrange a free return.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price including the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Group orders and batch shipping

Our coffees are sourced and shipped in batches. When you order, you join a group order for that coffee. Once the 30-day order window closes, we place a consolidated order with our roasters and ship to you once the coffee reaches us. Please allow up to 6 weeks from ordering.

This batch model does not limit your right of withdrawal. You can cancel before delivery, and you have your full statutory period after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods apply in addition to the right of withdrawal.
