How our shipping works

We source coffee in batches directly from small-scale producers, so orders do not ship immediately. Please read this before ordering.

Each order window is open for 30 days. When the window closes we place one consolidated order with our roasters. Your order ships as soon as the coffee reaches us. Allow up to 6 weeks from the moment you place your order.

Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping rates

All shipping rates include 9% VAT.

Netherlands: 6.40 euro Belgium: 10.40 euro Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy: 10.90 euro Austria, Denmark, Sweden: 11.45 euro Portugal: 13.10 euro Ireland: 13.40 euro Rest of the EU: 15.30 euro

The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Carrier

We ship with PostNL. You receive a track and trace link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after we sent your shipping confirmation, contact us at Joyofgoodcoffee@gmail.com and we will trace it. If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of the batch shipping, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Damaged parcels

Check your parcel on arrival. If it arrived damaged, email us with a photo within a reasonable time and we will send a replacement or refund you.
