Cancel your order (withdrawal)

Use the form below to submit a withdrawal or cancellation request for your order.

Before you send this, please check:

• Coffee cannot be returned or exchanged. It is a fresh product with a short consumption window, packed in sealed bags for food safety. Once it has been dispatched we cannot take it back or sell it again.
• We refund or replace when we made an error with your order, when your parcel is lost or damaged by the shipping company, or when a non-coffee product is faulty.
• We need photos of the shipping label, the box your order arrived in, and the products concerned before we can process anything.
