How our shipping works
All our coffee is held in stock in The Hague. Each order is packed and shipped on its own as soon as it comes in.

Where we ship
We ship to the Netherlands and to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping rates
All shipping rates include 9% VAT.

  • Netherlands: €6.40, free on orders of €60.00 or more.
  • Belgium: €10.40
  • Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy: €10.90
  • Austria, Denmark, Sweden: €11.45
  • Portugal: €13.10
  • Ireland: €13.40
  • Rest of the EU: €15.30

Free pickup at Cademo
Choose free pickup at checkout and pay no shipping. Your coffee is usually ready for pickup at Cademo within a few days. We email you when it is there.

Cademo Coffee, Javastraat 128, The Hague. Open Tuesday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 17:00, closed Monday.

Cademo is a friend's cafe that kindly hosts our pickups. They do not roast, make or sell our beans, and questions about your order go to us.

Free shipping in the Netherlands
Orders of €60.00 or more are delivered free within the Netherlands. Below €60.00, Netherlands delivery is €6.40. Free shipping applies to the Netherlands only.

Estimated delivery times

  • Netherlands: 3 business days
  • Belgium: 4 business days
  • Germany, France, Denmark, Luxembourg: 5 business days
  • Austria, Spain, Poland and the rest of the EU: 6 business days
  • Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal: 7 to 8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Carrier
We ship with PostNL. You receive a track and trace link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after we sent your shipping confirmation, contact us at Joyofgoodcoffee@gmail.com and we will trace it. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Damaged parcels
Check your parcel on arrival. If it arrived damaged, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you.
