Colombia Yulieth Mora Pink Bourbon

A washed Pink Bourbon from Yulieth Mora, and one for people who like their coffee sharp and clean. Grapefruit leads, elderflower sits behind it, and raw honey rounds off the finish. Light-bodied, so brew it as filter, and don't bury it in milk.

In the cup: Grapefruit · Elderflower · Raw Honey
