Grown in the highlands of North Toraja, Sulawesi, Indonesia, this exceptional washed coffee is crafted by Jenita Lebang using Typica and S795 varieties. Grown at 1,900–2,100 meters above sea level, among the highest farms in Indonesia, the washed process yields a clean and beautifully balanced cup.
