Southern Weather (Blend)

Southern Weather is Onyx's house blend, the coffee they put on batch brew in their own cafes and the one that ends up on bars around the world. It is built from washed coffees across Honduras, Colombia and Ethiopia, chosen to balance each other rather than to push a single loud flavour.

The result is the most even-handed coffee in the range. Milk chocolate and candied walnut give it body, a plummy middle fills it out, and a clean citrus finish stops it feeling heavy.
